Shipment and delivery

When you shop at Kamo International we always send your package with track and trace - so you can always track your package. Your package are shipped with UPS/GLS.
Delivery time:
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.
Delivery time is usually 5-7 business days.
Rest of the world:
Delivery time is usually 10-12 business days.

All our prices are incl. Vat and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. When you trade with Kamo International, agreements are concluded in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to


If you wish to return your order you must fill out the enclosed return form and return the package to us.


When we receive your package we check the product(s) and we will refund the amount, you have paid for the product(s).
We will provide your refunds with the same payment method used by you for the original transaction.
Please note:
The returned item(s) must not show signs of wear, staining or damage. Nor must returned items be tainted with extraneous smell of e.g. perfume or smoke. If so you may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part.

Claims - if something is wrong with the product

You always have two years of warranty. The amount of the item and the shipping costs will be refunded as soon as possible after we have received your returned item, provided that the complaint is justified and timely.
Remember to complete and enclose the return form that came with your invoice and fill out the section on complaint for faster expedition.

Shipping costs in connection with complaint

When refunding shipping costs in connection with a complaint, you must submit a copy of your receipt for dispatch to - remember to enter your order number in the mail.
